Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Perceptive Labs, Inc. ("Perceptive", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our marketing website, sign up for a demo, or use our products as an authorised end-user of one of our customers.
If you are interacting with an agent deployed by one of our customers, that customer is the controller of your personal data and their privacy notice applies. We process your data on their behalf as a data processor. See our Data Processing Addendum for the details.
2. Data we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details when you book a demo or email us — name, work email, company, role
- What you tell us about your business needs in conversations and forms
- Account information if you become a customer — billing details, authorised users
Information we collect automatically
- Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps
- Anonymous analytics on our marketing site — page views, scroll depth, button clicks
- Performance and error telemetry from our product runtime
Information from third parties
- Enrichment data from B2B providers, used only to qualify inbound interest
- Publicly available information about your role or company
3. How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and run your demo
- Operate, maintain and improve our products and website
- Send you operational emails — receipts, security alerts, product changes
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell your personal data, ever. We do not use customer data to train shared models.
4. How we share it
We share information only with:
- Sub-processors that help us run the service — cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics. A current list lives at Data Processing Addendum.
- Auditors and advisors bound by confidentiality
- Authorities, when legally required and after independent review of the request
- An acquirer in the event of a business sale, with notice to you
5. Retention
We keep marketing-website data for up to 24 months. Customer account data is kept for the term of the contract plus 90 days. Operational logs are kept for 12 months. Backups roll off on a 35-day cycle.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@perceptive.ai from the address we have on file. We respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
We are headquartered in the United States and operate infrastructure in the EU and the US. When personal data leaves your region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent legal mechanisms, plus our own technical safeguards — encryption in transit and at rest, scoped credentials and tenant isolation.
8. Security
We maintain an information security programme aligned with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. That includes role-based access control, mandatory MFA, encrypted data stores, continuous vulnerability scanning, annual penetration testing and a documented incident response plan. See platform · security for the full picture.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance to active customers and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
